Bogdan has extensive experience in corporate finance, valuations, and structural funds. Prior to founding Blueprint Capital Advisors, Bogdan was Vice President at BICF | IMAP Romania and worked in Big Four advisory teams including Deloitte, PwC, and EY, as well as other independent advisory firms. Throughout his career, Bogdan has worked on numerous transactions, including the sale of Workshop and Eco Euro Doors to ROCA Industry, the acquisition of Duraziv by Saint-Gobain, the sale of Orange Money to Alpha Bank, and the acquisition of PetMart by Altius, among others.
